Last Wednesday afternoon, June 11, 2025, Ambassador Lupo del Bono together with Vittorio De Sanctis, President of the Order of Malta Panama, received Engineer Irving Gonzalez, Governor of the Province of Cocle and his team formed by Ms. Leidy Gonzalez, as assistant, Ms. Elisa Quezada as Institutional Liaison of the Technical Board, Ms. Carmen Ureña as Public Relations Officer and Mr. Carlos Gonzalez, in Panama City, in order to join efforts focused on the welfare and well-being of the people of Panama; Elisa Quezada as Institutional Liaison of the Technical Board; Carmen Ureña as Public Relations Officer and Carlos González, in Panama City in order to join efforts focused on the welfare and improvement of the quality of life of people in vulnerable situations.

The meeting was arranged with the objective of exchanging ideas of mutual interest and enriching institutional and cultural ties, contributing to the strengthening of cooperation and friendship between the Embassy of the Order of Malta and the province of Cocle, as well as in the development of future joint initiatives.
